I briefly share as follows how I felt and experienced as a participant in the recent survey:
1) The Quality of Questions: The questions were hard, thought-provoking and mentally-demanding. However; they were of a higher quality. Most surveys are very easy because it will be a matter of ticking boxes or a yes/ no answer. This was far from it.
2) The Content: The content, data and details sought were at a very high and acceptable academic level. It was better than what most university surveys, I have participated in. I speak as a former university lecturer in New Zealand.
3) The Length/ Number of Questions: Though the questions were hard, mentally stimulating and interesting; they were too many. I spent more than an hour doing the survey. In future, I would recommend combining similar questions, hence shortening them.
4) Usefulness to the Trust: After reading all the great feedback from all participants (in both categories), I have a profound sense that the collected survey-data will certainly enhance and benefit our Trust, as we strategically forge ahead, in the future.
5) Final Word & Analysis: The survey was like an examination.
Thanks to our able and technically savvy team that put this audacious and brain-racking survey together.
Thanks and may God bless u all and our Trust.
God bless Zimbabwe.
